Pure Services washed our house and cleaned the windows inside and out plus sprayed the house outside to deter spiders. They did a fantastic job. The guys were very professional and knew what they were doing. The reception/customer services was also great plus Nicky followed up afterwards to see if we were happy with their work. I can thoroughly recommend Pure Services and will use them every time our house and windows need cleaning.

5 Star excellent service and professionalism in all areas. The team cleared leaves out from the guttering of a large two storey house in Remuera. They then washed the outside of the house and garaging and washed the outside house windows. They also spider spayed round the house. The office team provided excellent customer service from my first phone call enquiry onwards and also provided follow up after care service to check on how things went. Everything went smoothly. I was extremely pleased. The onsite team arrived on time and performed an extremely professional job that impressed me. They were delightful people to engage with who cared greatly about the quality of their work and with diligence each delivered a 5-star service that I appreciated.

Pure Services Auckland has been a tremendous help when we experienced house leaks during the heavy rain and storm recently. We are grateful for Nicky who organised things promptly which alleviated our stress. James came on the same day to help us with drying the carpets etc. He is an efficient and fast worker and worked so diligently to late evening to help us out. This was followed by 2 other friendly, helpful and kind workers, who came later in the process, to clean and relay the carpet. I recommend Pure services for their superior customer service which exceeded client expectations, their efficient as well as promptness and friendly service.

Hi all,just would like to share a positive experience with Norm and the team at Pure Services after a flood in our kitchen,dining room and living room in Orewa....Norm attended our address (on late Sunday evening) and set up dehumidifiers and other equipment to dry out and evaluate carpet in the said above areas with monitors etc...i can verify that Pure Services have been easy to communicate with and work is professional from start to finish...Kind Regards Dion and Joanne..

absolutely love these guys they do such an amazing job with washing the house especially ours which is a 3 story and the design is not very easy to get to all the levels however they always manage to get to evrything and to add to this the team that come out are always so friendly def the best in auckland! they grey part is the before on the clean timber is the after as the guy was doing it! my deck is looking brand new!

Pure Services evicted birds from the ceiling space in my house and replaced the netting which had allowed entry. This was done within days of contacting Pure. The expert workers were most helpful and worked hard in a cold blustery wind. The cost was very reasonable. I cannot speak highly enough of the work Pure Services did for me.

The team at Pure Services Dunedin are great. Dave came out and did the quote and was so through checking out the gutters of our newly purchased home which had several spots with a variety of grasses and weeds growing in the spouting. We had Dave come out to treat our home for borer. We were very pleased with his professionalism, knowledge, communication. Also very pleasant to deal with the people in the office over the phone!

We had Tony come out and clean our gutters this week. Really impressed with him being early(!) and he was a really competent guy. He used the Go-Pro on his machine to show me that we had a damaged bracket on our guttering, probably wouldn't have figured that out without Tony's help!

Brendan did a great job on the spouting yesterday. He was efficient and professional. I have been using Pure Services for a few years now, mostly for spouting, but also for window cleaning. They recommended a deck clean too (in 2018) and I was very happy with how it turned out. Will definitely keep using them.
